Pure Play Kids ships to residential and business addresses in the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, as well as any APO.
Shipping Method & Timeframes
Pure Play Kids is committed to keeping shipping costs down, and we work with multiple shipping partners (Fedex, UPS, and USPS). Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received Saturday or Sunday are shipped on Monday. Pure Play Kids aims to ship most orders within a day of receipt, but delays do occasionally occur. During the holiday season, processing time may increase slightly, but Pure Play Kids has a great track record of on-time deliveries even during the busy holiday season.
Standard Ground Shipping
Standard ground shipped orders of in-stock items typically arrive within 2-9 business days. Pure Play Kids makes no guarantee of specific arrival date with standard ground shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
All shipping addresses should be verified before submitting your order. If any shipping information is incorrect, a $12.00 charge may be assessed to the billing party for re-directing your shipment to the correct address. Pure Play Kids Pure Play Kids will not be held responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
Out of Stock Items
Pure Play Kids strives to be in-stock at all times. In the rare event of an out-of-stock item, Pure Play Kids will notify you of the situation via email.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. We want each customer to be excited about their purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund on the products returned within 10 days of you receiving it. Defective or Damaged in Transit Items
Uh oh! We try to ship wonderful products safely and securely. That said, accidents do happen, and I will work with you to fix the situation. If your products arrived in damaged condition, please contact me immediately. Please email or call me prior to shipping items back; Pure Play Kids does not pay for return shipping without prior approval. Typically, a replacement item will be sent unless unavailable. Individual solutions vary depending upon specific items.
